We’ve worked closely with land&water since the very beginning in 2019, going through an in-depth brand development and tone of voice process, conducting competitor and audience research, and defining the values, vision, philosophy and core messaging for the brand.
Content includes everything from the popular ‘Natural Thinking’ playlists, to interviews, research pieces, influencer collaborations and commissioning respected authors and photographers to write or shoot pieces for the brand.
In 2021, we conceived the idea for, and produced, a special ‘Warm Glow’ portrait series by the award-winning photographer Danny North – including an online exhibition, set of ‘Photographer’s Notes’ short films, and printed publication (landing soon). Check it out the full exhibition and films on the land&water Journal.
"Working with Stranger is exactly what we look for in a partnership; independence of thought, clear leadership, creative ingenuity, and reams of dedication and professionalism. And then there’s the wordsmith magic… We feel very lucky to collaborate with Stranger Collective.” – Pix Ashworth, founder, land&water

But there’s a sweet smell of change in the air, and it’s getting ever stronger. We meet some of the inspiring folk working tirelessly to grow better, fairer, cleaner, healthier, climate-fixing ways of feeding ourselves…

Goodfest 2022 promised creative conversations. And it delivered – from the sea-view conference rooms to the fireside. It also got me thinking, what are the barriers we create with the language we use for good, of the social or environmental kind? Do we need a different language for a different world?
