Dreamt up by Falmouth/London/Bali-based Rosa Hirsch-Holland and seen shimmering on the likes of Taylor Swift, Jessie J and Beverly Knight, Rosa Bloom’s incredible sequinned creations are somewhere between ready-to-wear and costume. Her playful catsuits, capes and sequined dungarees have built up a cult following of festivalgoers and freedom-seekers.
