What’s something outside of work that shapes how you think?
Probably my kids. They ask questions that I can find difficult to answer. Not because of the suitability of the response, but because they make me reflect on what an answer – the words – really mean. Seeing the world through their eyes forces me to question my own assumptions. They’re still so little, but I’m already learning so much from them.
